The opportunity

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform specialist with hands-on experience in designing and delivering solutions primarily built on Power Apps and Power Automate, within both SharePoint and Dataverse environments.

This role is more than just “low-code development.” We expect you to:

  • design solutions correctly from the start,
  • make technical decisions,
  • think about scalability, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), security, and long-term sustainability.

We combine Power Platform with modern Microsoft AI services (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry) and deploy it in real enterprise projects.

And a bonus you won’t want to miss? You’ll work closely with Jakub Bajla – the only Microsoft MVP for Power Platform in Slovakia.

Your key responsibilities

You will design and implement Power Platform solutions built on Power Apps and Power Automate that effectively address client business needs and remain technically sustainable in the long run.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • developing Power Apps (Canvas / Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for process automation,
  • designing and implementing solutions on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Dataverse,
  • making decisions about solution architecture, data models, and security setup,
  • working with solutions (managed/unmanaged) and setting up ALM processes (Dev/Test/Prod),
  • integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, external systems, and services via connectors and APIs,
  • contributing to more advanced scenarios (e.g., Dataverse plugins, custom logic),
  • incorporating AI capabilities (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI) into enterprise solutions,
  • communicating with clients – requirements analysis, solution design, and post-deployment support,
  • mentoring junior colleagues and sharing know-how within the team.

Skills and attributes for success

    • practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform (at least 2 years), especially:

          • Power Apps (working with forms, data, security),
          • Power Automate (process automation, integrations),

      - experience with solutions built on both SharePoint and Dataverse,

      -ability to design solutions as a complete functional whole, not just individual flows or apps.

    • Technical Advantage (Nice to Have)

          • knowledge of the Power Platform solution framework,
          • experience with ALM (environments, solutions, deployment),
          • experience working with connectors (standard and custom),
          • Dataverse plugins, or at least understanding their principles,
          • basic programming knowledge (C#, JavaScript, SQL, Power Fx).

        • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) Or
        • Microsoft Certified: Azure Intelligent Applications Builder Associate (Exam AB-410)
        • Certification is an advantage, or demonstrable knowledge at this level.
