The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager within our Oracle Consulting practice to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Profile Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant Oracle consulting and implementation experience.
• Strong experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle transformation programs.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Experience with stakeholder management, workshops, testing and deployment activities.
• Strong communication, leadership and client-facing skills.
• Experience working in consulting environments and managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify business challenges and define Oracle-enabled solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
• Support proposals, project delivery and client relationship management.
• Drive quality deliverables and adherence to project governance standards.
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs and strategic client engagements.
• Own business development, account growth and pursuit activities.
• Develop and coach high-performing consulting teams.
