Job Summary:
• The GDS Alliances Enablement Program Lead Analyst will function as a key program management and enablement resource within the GDS Program Operations CoE, supporting the Global Ecosystem Enablement team and the broader EY Partner Ecosystem program. The role will help operationalize scalable alliance enablement services across strategic initiatives, business-as-usual operations, process improvement, knowledge management, stakeholder communications and leadership reporting. Working closely with onshore alliance leaders, GDS enablement teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the incumbent will support the design, execution and continuous improvement of operating rhythms, governance cadences, collaboration mechanisms and service delivery processes that strengthen global ecosystem execution. As a Supervising Associate-level role, the incumbent is expected to independently manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, develop high-quality deliverables and contribute to special projects, process standardization, automation opportunities, content development and issue resolution across geographies.
Essential Functions of the Job:
• Program manage priority initiatives for the Global Ecosystem Enablement function, including operating model enhancements, governance cadences, service delivery improvements, stakeholder communications, leadership reporting, tool adoption and cross-functional execution support
• Support the design, deployment and ongoing management of scalable partner ecosystem enablement processes, ensuring that roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, timelines and service expectations are clearly defined and consistently executed
• Act as a subject matter resource on Global Ecosystem Enablement processes, tools, documentation and operating rhythms, serving as a first point of contact for queries, issue triage, resolution coordination and stakeholder guidance
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, leadership reports, SharePoint repositories and knowledge assets that provide visibility into priorities, progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes
• Drive structured collaboration across onshore and GDS enablement teams by managing connection points, action items, follow-ups and communication cadences across functions and geographies
• Create, refresh and govern process documentation, operating guides, stakeholder overviews, playbooks and best practice materials by engaging with onshore and GDS enablement stakeholders
• Translate complex program requirements, partner ecosystem priorities and detailed process inputs into clear, user-friendly communications, executive summaries, presentations and enablement materials
• Review and refresh Ecosystem Enablement reference materials, leadership reports and program summaries on a regular cadence, ensuring version control, access management and content accuracy across SharePoint and other collaboration tools
Develop and execute a regular cadence for reviewing and refreshing Ecosystem Enablement documentation, leadership reports, and summaries
Interface directly with various Enablement Function teams to collect inputs and make updates
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and automate enablement processes, tools, reporting and knowledge-sharing mechanisms, including the responsible use of AI-enabled solutions where appropriate
Improve enablement team content and knowledge sharing processes and tools
Streamline enablement budget development, tracking and reporting process
Develop regular communications and updates for relevant enablement stakeholders
• Partner with onshore and GDS Ecosystem Enablement contacts on strategic projects, special initiatives and operational priorities, ensuring deliverables are completed with quality, timeliness and appropriate stakeholder alignment
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, risks, dependencies, escalations and communications in a structured and proactive manner
• Support internal EY Ecosystem leadership meetings by preparing agendas, briefing materials, meeting content, action trackers, follow-ups and logistics as required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Strong program management capability, with the ability to structure workplans, manage multiple priorities, track risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders and deliver against timelines with limited supervision
• Ability to work confidently with senior onshore stakeholders, build trusted working relationships and translate business priorities into structured enablement plans and deliverables
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills, with the ability to evaluate issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend mitigations and coordinate resolution across multiple teams
• Experience managing project plans, execution trackers, stakeholder reviews, governance forums and leadership updates across multiple assignments with varying deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong business writing capability and the ability to create executive-ready content independently from limited initial inputs
• High attention to detail across operations, reporting, documentation, communications and stakeholder deliverables
• Ability to convert complex concepts, detailed process information and program updates into clear executive-level communications, dashboards, presentations and stakeholder briefings
• Experience working in virtual, cross-cultural and multi-geography environments, with a global mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and collaboration tools; Power BI skills and exposure to workflow, reporting or automation tools would be an added advantage
• Strong technology aptitude, with curiosity and comfort in using digital tools, data, reporting platforms and AI-enabled approaches to improve productivity and service quality
• Experience supporting alliance, partner ecosystem, enablement, operations, PMO, strategy execution or stakeholder management programs in a professional services, technology or complex matrixed organization
• Knowledge of EY and GDS operations, including organizational structure, operating model, management information systems, independence concepts and service delivery expectations would be preferred for internal candidates; Big 4, consulting, technology alliance or leadership support exposure would be preferred for external candidates
• Exposure to sales, pipeline, alliance operations, opportunity lifecycle concepts and collateral preparation would be an added advantage.
Job Requirements:
Academics:
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
• University graduation required; technology, business, commerce, management or related academic background preferred
Experience:
• 7-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in program management, alliance operations, ecosystem enablement, PMO, business operations, stakeholder management or leadership support roles
Location:
• GDS Philippines – Manila, Cebu
Working Hours:
• Working hours will be aligned to the stakeholder’s working hours and business requirements, with flexibility expected to support global and regional alliance stakeholders across time zones, preferably US ET.

- The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $XXX per hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
