Job Summary:
• The GDS Cyber Alliances Operations Lead Analyst will play a pivotal role in strengthening EY’s Cyber Alliance ecosystem by driving high-impact operations, executive-ready reporting, partner enablement, governance, and stakeholder engagement from the GDS Alliances Partner Operations CoE. The role will support the build-out and continuous evolution of a scalable Cyber Alliances operations model, enabling sharper visibility, stronger execution discipline, improved partner program adoption, and seamless delivery of global Cyber Alliance priorities.
Essential Functions of the Job:
• Deliver timely, insightful, and leadership-ready operational, financial, sales, pipeline, and program intelligence for Cyber Alliance stakeholders through structured dashboards and reporting, including:
Tailored revenue, sales, pipeline, opportunity, and performance dashboards that convert Cyber Alliance data into actionable business insights
Disciplined management and ongoing refinement of the Cyber Alliance book of business
Opportunity management support covering tagging, hygiene, coordination, issue resolution, and performance tracking for Cyber Alliance pursuits
Focused prospect, account, and stakeholder tracking to strengthen Cyber Alliance visibility and follow-through
Tracking of strategic GTM wins, priority pursuits, leadership asks, and high-value Cyber Alliance initiatives
• Curate, refresh, and maintain Cyber Alliance reference materials, enablement assets, partner program guidance, and operating documentation to ensure stakeholders have easy access to current, high-quality information
• Partner with Brand, Marketing and Communications, Cyber Alliance teams, and enabling functions to shape clear, engaging, and fit-for-purpose content and stakeholder communications
• Enable high-quality internal EY Cyber Ecosystem and Alliance leadership meetings through compelling content, crisp pre-reads, coordinated logistics, robust action tracking, and timely follow-through
• Support strategic engagements between EY Cyber leadership and Cyber Alliance partners by coordinating agendas, pre-reads, action logs, and clear documentation of decisions and next steps
• Drive Cyber Alliance operational initiatives across partner processes, tools, portals, certifications, enablement programs, and governance routines, including:
End-to-end administration and continuous improvement of relevant partner tools, portals, and operational repositories
Structured access request intake, tracking, governance, issue resolution, and service follow-up
Certification, skills, competency, and enablement tracking to support alliance readiness and capability building
Single point of coordination for Cyber Alliance partner tool administration, access governance, operational queries, issue management, and stakeholder support
• Coordinate with the Alliances Investment Team, Cyber Alliance stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to support Market Development Funds, investment requests, reimbursements, program governance, awareness, process adherence, and management reviews
• Collaborate with onshore Cyber Alliance Enablement contacts on strategic projects, operational transformation, reporting enhancements, continuous process improvement, simplification, automation opportunities, Agentic AI-enabled productivity use cases, and leadership-driven priorities
• Support the initiation, tracking, and operational follow-through of global agreement localization, partner program requirements, and related documentation in partnership with Ecosystem Contracts and relevant internal teams
• Coordinate customized enablement, certification, classroom, virtual, and partner-led learning interventions that build Cyber Alliance awareness, adoption, and capability
• Manage onshore stakeholder expectations, delivery plans, communications, escalations, governance rhythms, and operational cadences to ensure reliable, responsive, and high-quality Cyber Alliance operations support
• Proactively identify, document, and deliver opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, standardize operating routines, automate repeatable activities, and leverage Agentic AI responsibly to improve quality, speed, insight generation, and stakeholder experience across Cyber Alliance operations
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Strong grounding in sales, pipeline, and alliance operations, with practical understanding of opportunity life cycles, pipeline hygiene, GTM reporting, and Cyber Alliance performance measures
• Strong technology orientation with genuine interest in cyber services, cyber ecosystem partnerships, partner program models, and technology-led growth opportunities
• Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement, automation, AI-enabled productivity, process mapping, documentation, audit readiness, governance, and control-oriented execution
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and practical ability to identify responsible AI use cases for operations, reporting, workflow orchestration, knowledge management, content generation, research support, action tracking, and stakeholder enablement
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint capability, with Power BI, dashboarding, data visualization, and automation skills considered strong differentiators
• Ability to engage confidently with senior onshore Cyber Alliance stakeholders, Cyber practice leaders, alliance partner contacts, and enabling functions, while building trusted relationships and operating as a dependable business advisor
• Proven ability to operate effectively in virtual, cross-border environments with cultural sensitivity, collaboration discipline, and a global mindset
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, research, and mitigation skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, work across teams, and drive practical solutions to closure
• Strong project and program management discipline, including planning, budgeting, execution tracking, stakeholder reviews, prioritization, and delivery across multiple fast-moving priorities
• Excellent English communication and business writing skills, with the ability to create polished, structured, audience-ready content with limited input or guidance
• Experience in alliance or partner programs, cyber services, technology ecosystems, sales enablement, professional services operations, or GCC/shared services delivery will be highly valued
• Working knowledge of EY, GDS, Alliances, Cyber, professional services operations, management information systems, independence considerations, and service delivery expectations would be advantageous
Job Requirements:
Academics:
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
• University degree required; background in technology, cyber, business, commerce, analytics, operations, or management preferred
• Certification in project/program management, cyber fundamentals, alliance or partner management, data visualization, automation, or process improvement would be a strong advantage
Experience:
• 9+ years of relevant experience spanning alliance operations, business operations, cyber or technology services, sales enablement, executive reporting, stakeholder management, program coordination, or GCC/shared services delivery
Location:
• GDS Philippines – Manila, Cebu or GDS India – Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore
Working Hours:
• This role requires strong alignment with US business hours to enable real-time collaboration with Cyber Alliance stakeholders. Manila-based team members are expected to support US Pacific Time, while India-based team members are expected to support US Eastern/Central Time.
• The ability to consistently mirror the relevant US working day is a critical prerequisite for success in this role.
