2025 Corporate Analyst Program - Talent Learning & Development (Omaha, NE)What does a successful Corporate Analyst do at Fiserv?
The Corporate Analyst Program at Fiserv is designed for recent graduates who are looking to jumpstart their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment. This program offers valuable hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to work with experienced professionals across the enterprise. Participants will engage in rotational assignments, receive mentoring, and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within Fiserv. The program has candidates experience two structured assignments over a 2-2.5 year period. Analysts will have opportunities to contribute to significant projects and gain exposure to senior leadership.
What you will do:
Support Fiserv's Global Technology Learning team which is responsible for driving the talent learning and development of technology associates. The team's purpose is to attract, develop and retain top tech talent.
Deliver Technology Learning strategy to elevate operational and engineering excellence through focused skill development, learning programs and talent cultivation.
Create awareness excitement about learning opportunities and programs.
Build Skill & Competency framework for all technical roles to enhance learning agenda.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and offer innovative solutions.
What you will need to have:
Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program completed in December 2023 or after with a major in Human Resources, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Marketing, Business, or Management
Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship to work in the United States
3.0+ GPA
0-2 years of professional work experience
What would be great to have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical acumen and aptitude with ability to analyze data
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines
Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, with a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
