Product Manager, Data Compass

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager whose primary responsibility will be to reimagine how our clients manage data and insights, leveraging Fiserv’s Data Compass Platform.You will be building a strategy that is outcome driven with strong empathy for the user of your product.You will work closely with the VP, Product and Product Owners to determine how your competitive strategy turns into an executable roadmap for the development team.You will work closely with internal and external partners to understand the needs of our clients, and where we can provide the most value. Finally, you will work closely with senior leaders to align your plan to Fiserv’s strategy.

• Advise in the building and prioritization of the product roadmap, while clearly articulating the product vision
• Dig deep into data and trends.Create business cases based on that data, establishing pricing models, schedules, and guidelines on how to deliver real value
• Monitor and report on the health of your product
As a Great Product Manager, you will:
• Drive alignment across teams with the focused strategy, while driving predictable velocity aligned with priorities
• Interface with customers, recent evaluators and untapped, potential customers to identify market opportunities; map needs with target markets and perform analysis of a potential market opportunity to provide a basis for investment
• Work collaboratively with development, UX and other stakeholders to devise user journeys, map user requirements to features and build/launch/test features and continually iterate to build a winning solution
• Improve NPS or LTR scores of existing solutions by closely working with customers, soliciting feedback and upgrading features; adopt and roll out best practices in the industry
• Identify competitive and alternative offerings and develop a strategy for winning against the competition
• Integrate products into a coherent portfolio of solutions focused on the market. Manage the portfolio like a "product" (business plan, positioning, buying process, market requirements and marketing plan)
• Establish a pricing model, schedules, guidelines and procedures and determine the most effective way to deliver a complete solution to an identified market problem
• Analyze whether to buy, build, or partner to complete the solution for the target market
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to determine how well the product is performing in the market, how it impacts the company operations, and ultimately, how it contributes to profit
• Ensure that all departments are prepared for new product releases and all items are completed to launch the product externally
• Create and deliver thoughtful information (webinars, blogs, eBooks, more) to influence customers, buyers, industry specialists, research analysts, key editors in the press and other third parties
• Deliver product information to qualified buyers in support to existing sales efforts

Required Qualifications
Education:BS/BA and/or equivalent applicable working experience required. Advanced degree a plus.
Job Related Experience:
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial technology product management with a focus on data analytics in the financial industry.
• High degree of empathy for users, clients, and channel/ecosystem partners, and experience in using user journey mapping, & value-based product prioritization
