Job Title
Client Service AnalystWhat does a successful Client Service Analyst do at Fiserv?
At Fiserv Canada, a successful Client Service Analyst will support our Business Development Managers by driving sales growth and enhancing relationships with independent sales agents. You will play an integral role in managing operational processes, addressing partner inquiries, and ensuring smooth experiences for our valued partners. What you will do:
- Foster productive partnerships by acting as a liaison between internal teams and independent sales agents, working closely with Business Development Managers to streamline processes and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve partner complaints, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Process and assess refund requests, addressing risk escalations by collaborating with relevant teams to mitigate concerns.
- Handle bank change escalations, ensuring smooth transitions for partners.
- Assist in resolving Client360 issues, entitlement/product concerns, and deployment/replacement challenges.
What you will need to have:
- 0-2 years of experience in partner support or operations.
- 0-2 years of experience in issue resolution, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- 0-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Experience in sales assistance or collaboration with business development teams.
- Familiarity with Client360 and related industry tools.
- Proven proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Experience in providing operational insights and recommendations.
- Ability to foster productive partnerships between internal teams and independent sales agents.
