Job Title
Quality AnalystWhat does a successful Quality Analyst do?
As a Fiserv Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for the inspection of completed mail pieces from production areas. You will identify; document and report defects found and assist with client review audits.
What you will do:
- Investigate and analyze scope of defects, as required
- Document defects into data base and/or handheld data collection device, using product specific defect lists and descriptions as a guide
- Route forms to respective manager in a timely manner
- Perform outgoing quality level inspections on completed pieces, including specific client contractual minimums
- Ensure defects are assigned to proper department management and providing essential documentation for tracking and analysis
What you need to have:
- Experience working in a team environment towards a common goal
- Ability to work under minimal direct supervision
- Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation, Excel and Outlook)
What would be great to have:
- Quality and/or inspection experience in production environment
- A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
- Able to perform basic math skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
