Job Title
IT Financial Analyst- Monitoring the execution of IT Budget Latam: actual versus plan and identify variances.
- Monitoring and reporting of hours capitalization.
- Tracking headcount changes.
- Help to analyze accounting monthly close.
- Consolidation of the month - end results and forecast of the year.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget.
- Produce monthly / quarterly and ad- hoc reporting of the results and inputs for senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, risk, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
- Tracking purchase of the area.
- Helping to create new dashboards of financial results to senior management.
Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Students or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Cross – functional collaboration.
- Inquisitive, diligent, and capable of challenging peers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
