Product Management - Sr Professional IITITLE: Product Management - Sr Professional II
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Own the issuer and merchant product area roadmap at a large scale, ensuring alignment of product outcomes with Fiserv’s long-term goals to provide digital banking and merchant solutions. Build product and user stories, develop revenue models and monetization strategies, and introduce new product lines leveraging emerging technologies. Act as a product advocate to internal and external partners and lead the efforts to drive issuer and merchant product performance, revenue, and operational efficiency goals as they relate to Fiserv’s overall performance goals. Identify and execute opportunities, publish customer testimonials, build and scale developer relations and develop comprehensive training and knowledge sharing programs. Drive the optimization of the issuer and merchant product performance, product rollout, implementation and support efficiency by introducing data-driven decision-making across the business unit.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business or a related field and 4 years of any job title involving experience in product management in the Cards, Banking, or Payment domain. Prior experience must include: 4 years leveraging data-driven decision making and product strategy; 4 years using user personas, journey maps, design thinking, jobs-to-be done, UX research and user studies to guide design decisions; 4 years working with emerging technologies in beta environments; 4 years working with test cases and edge cases; 4 years working in quantitative fields including economics, market analysis, computer science, data science, and statistics; 4 years working in qualitative fields including UX design, psychology, focus groups, and survey design; 4 years working with mobile/SDK development and compliance, including building products for SDK developers and integration partners; 4 years providing decision support through briefings, demos, and presentations; 4 years using processes to ensure long-term scalability and operational efficiency; 4 years creating and managing real-time performance dashboards; 4 years working with data visualization tools including Quicksight; 4 years working on data science-based projects using SQL and Python languages; 3 years in design thinking and UX research frameworks; 3 years collaborating with customer-facing teams in pre/post-sales stages; 3 years coordinating with cross-functional teams; and 3 years managing early-stage technology adoption.
