Senior Cloud Operations & Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage Azure cloud resources to ensure uptime and availability.
• Implement best practices for cloud architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to design and deploy scalable cloud solutions.
• Automate and streamline operations and processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to support Cloud Operations.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure services, features, and best practices.
• Participate in the planning and execution of cloud migration and deployment projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Azure cloud services and management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
