You will guide development teams in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with the product roadmap and organizational security goals.

What You Will Do:

- Backlog Ownership: Define, prioritize, and manage a backlog of features such as MFA, SSO, RBAC, identity federation, and audit logging.
- Sprint Engagement: Maintain a pipeline of security-focused backlog items, participate in sprint planning and grooming, and validate completed stories for compliance and functionality.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with DevSecOps, infrastructure, and compliance teams to identify dependencies and resolve blockers.
- Security Advocacy: Ensure security best practices (e.g., least privilege, zero trust, secure coding) are embedded in product development.
- Progress Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of security and identity features in development.
- Enablement Support: Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams, supporting training, documentation, and customer communications related to security features.
- Release Readiness: Coordinate release activities including security testing, documentation, compliance checks, and go-to-market support.

What You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • 2 Years Experience in Information Security within a Financial Environment or 3 Years Product Ownership Experience

What Would Be Great to Have:

- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
- Experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity).
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
