Job Title
Specialist, Software Development Engineering- 8-12 years of experience in system architecture, full stack development, and hands-on coding for Java-based applications or large modules, including system integration, data communication, environment setup, and support.
- Proficient in server-side development using Java EE, SQL, Spring, API Webservices, and front-end development with ReactJs, HTML5, Angular, and CSS.
- Capable of defining solution approaches, creating design documentation, and conducting performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles related to non-functional requirements (such as Performance, Security, Web Accessibility, and Integration for web applications), raising relevant queries, providing high-level technical designs, and discussing Non-Functional Requirements.
- Knowledgeable in SAML, RESTful architecture style, and experienced with technologies like Spring MVC Restful web services and SOAP.
- Well-versed in identifying and resolving application vulnerabilities promptly.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with a positive attitude, and demonstrating a process-oriented approach to software development.
- Skilled in applying enterprise architecture to specific business or technical functions.
- Experienced in mentoring team members, supporting them in estimation, reviewing, and resolving technical challenges.
- Adept at analyzing legacy solution designs, providing migration roadmaps, estimating solutions, and designing and implementing migrated solutions.
- Proficient in developing POCs for process improvement ideas, evolving them into deployable code, and presenting solution designs to peers and Application Owners for approval. Deep understanding of all lifecycle components (code, build, test, deploy).
- Capable of documenting and maintaining all design documents, participating in review processes, and performing code retrofits for each release upgrade.
Experience in Agile methodology is added advantage.
