Sr. Director Infrastructure Operations Technical ManagerWhat does a successful Sr. Director Infrastructure Operations Technical Manager do?
A successful Technical Manager in our Digital Solution team coordinates consulting teams and manages billable product implementation, enhancement, and integration projects. As a key member of the Digital Solutions Group, this role involves conducting kickoff meetings across departments and ensuring smooth communication with senior leadership. This position offers the chance to work with leading technology in a financial services industry leader.
What will you do:
- Manage the deliverables for assuring HA/DR program for DSF is successful
- Responsible for change management controls and reviews
- Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of CMDB
- Responsible for collaborating with the infrastructure teams to support AppDev capacity needs
- Interlock with the application operations team to lead and help manage production incidents
- Gather and maintain EOL software and hardware needs for application development teams
- Set up and run governance routines for Obsolescence, Scanning and Vulnerability Mgmt.
- Partner with the enterprise infrastructure teams to be the SPOC for App Dev in infrastructure projects
What you will need to have:
- 10 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 6 years managing large-scale commercial projects
- ·6 years’ experience in advanced Excel skills., including working with large data sets, pivot tables, V-lookups.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system, computer engineering.
- 6 years of project management and experience solving supply chain business needs with software solutions for distribution and transportation systems.
- Experience with warehouse managed inventory.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Salary Range
$155,000.00 - $258,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
