Senior Finance Transformation Analyst

What does a successful Senior Finance Transformation Analyst do? At Fiserv, a successful Senior Finance Transformation Analyst will drive the modernization of our finance function. This role is vital for delivering strategic initiatives that align with our objective of being the best fintech on the planet. Through thoughtful collaboration, automation implementation, and process enhancement, this role ensures that our financial operations are efficient, scalable, and supportive of company-wide goals.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
  • Drive the selection and implementation of finance technologies
  • Implement lean and agile methodologies for continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment and user adoption
  • Establish standardized, centralized data sets for enhanced insights and analytics
  • Promote best practices in delivery, documentation, and change management
  • Improve reporting tools and technologies for real-time business information delivery
  • Consolidate regional, business unit, and local financials for actuals and forecast
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc analyses
  • Engage in business partnerships on cross-functional platforms to support company-wide initiatives
  • Coordinate forecasting and planning guidance and assist with local finance teams
  • Maintain templates to ensure corporate deliverables are met
  • Produce monthly headcount reports and maintain headcount tracking

What you will need to have:

  • University degree in finance or a related field and/or equivalent military experience
  • Proficiency in modern finance technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, and ERP systems
  • Expertise in finance processes and experience leading system/process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and partnership skills at all organizational levels
  • A continuous improvement mindset and innovative problem-solving skills

What would be great to have:

  • Experience with AI applications in finance
  • Expertise in Agile delivery methods
  • Understanding of corporate strategy and its impact on functional goals
  • Familiarity with global finance operations and EMEA regulations
