Technical Quality Assurance Advisor 1What does a successful Technical Quality Assurance Advisor do at Fiserv?
We ensure the quality, reliability and performance of software products at Fiserv by leading testing, automation and issue resolution alongside development and product teams. We drive a culture of quality through clear metrics, detailed analysis and continuous improvement to deliver secure, high‑value solutions for our clients and help us become the best fintech on the planet.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, and perform detailed QA testing to validate functionality, performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify, document and resolve defects, and participate in peer reviews to uphold quality standards.
- Implement and promote QA best practices, processes and standards to improve consistency and efficiency across the team.
- Monitor and report on test progress, defect status and overall product quality using clear metrics and actionable insights.
- Continuously contribute to process improvement; responsibilities listed are not all‑inclusive and may be modified as necessary.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of hands‑on software quality assurance experience.
- 3+ years of automation testing experience, building and maintaining automated test suites.
- 3+ years of performance testing experience and 3+ years applying Agile methodologies in delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field — or equivalent military experience.
Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $165,600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
