What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of annual forecasts for your assigned IT Portfolio, aligning financial strategy with business goals.
  • Own the financial forecast lifecycle—conduct variance analysis, uncover performance gaps, and recommend impactful solutions.
  • Be the go-to financial partner for IT project teams, ensuring seamless execution of financial processes.
  • Support Technical Project Managers with Clarity tool usage and financial tracking.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and meetings to drive alignment and momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
  • Empower end-users with training and support on new systems and processes.

Who You Are

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst, ideally in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in IT project management.
  • Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical skills and a knack for storytelling with data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with a team-first attitude.
  • Experience with data tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
