Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in data center architectures and components (e.g., servers, storage, backup, networking, virtualization technology).
  • Experience in cloud migration, disaster recovery, application/servers assessment, and discovery.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean fluently to support client relationship management in this region

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or other relevant technical field.
  • Experience with server/network/storage deployment methodologies and technologies (eg: elastic compute, containerized infrastructure, VPC, Block Storage, Object Storage, File Storage).
  • Experience with containers/associated technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Serverless, and Microservices).
  • Experience with Modern Application Development technologies including CI/CD, Ant, Maven, Gradle, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Saltstack, and Terraform and practical experience with Networking Technologies including software defined networks, DNS, Software Load Balancers, Network Authentication, and Identity Management.
  • Experience with cloud-native software development methodologies and tools to support application development/deployment stages (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Concourse).

Responsibilities

  • Make recommendations on the strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure needed to implement a complete solution providing advice to customers to optimize Google Cloud Platform effectiveness.
  • Support technical relationships with customers, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Cloud.
  • Prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to highlight the Google Cloud Platform value proposition, using techniques that include whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents.
  • Support local Sales teams in pursuit of key business opportunities and engage customers to address aspects of the data lifecycle.
