Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

In the role, you will analyze, measure, position, package, and promote Google’s B2B product and business offerings in Italy, with a specific focus on Integrated Marketing strategies and activations oriented to C-levels (CMOs, CEOs.). You will be responsible for supporting Google's growth and business generating efforts in Italy through effective and results-focused marketing campaigns, closely collaborating with Sales, Public Relations (PR) and Marketing teams. You will work with the local marketing team, the European marketing group and local sales teams to plan and execute major B2B initiatives, spanning from managing executive events to supervising Think with Google editorial platform or Paid LinkedIn campaigns and plan campaignable activations with media outlets. You will be in charge of positioning and promoting Google's B2B products to achieve measurable objectives. You will also be required to analyze the results of marketing programs to optimize investment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives of B2B products on Google’s B2B clients, build content strategies and prove business impact to support the marketing and go-to-market strategy.
  • Coordinate EMEA activations for the Italian market, ensuring an attendance of IT stakeholders to key moments planned and contributing to maximize the relevance for the IT audience collaborate with external creative, event and media agencies to amplify the activation online and offline, being responsible for budget commitment and adherence to internal policies.
  • Develop support materials for sales teams and B2B customers to emphasize Google’s narrative on the industry and influence media investments. Work with the wider Marketing team, and other Marketing cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute complex marketing strategies.
  • Support communication within marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the marketing strategy.
