Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
  • Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related analytical experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across organizational levels and cross-functional departments.
  • Good affinity with data and research and being able to translate insights into marketing value.

About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Ads marketing strategy to acquire and retain advertisers at scale.
  • Plan, implement, and track acquisition/retention/win-back-marketing campaigns. Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to transform learnings into more enhanced marketing strategy and campaign plans.
  • Innovate and develop best practices for Business-to-Business advertiser acquisition at Google.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Google to ensure the successful execution of the marketing strategy. Communicate with Sales team and other product areas to maximize business growth in Korea.
  • Plan and develop client facing event, closely collaborating with region/global marketing team.
