Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in go-to-market, business development, or product specialist in the programmatic space or digital advertising industry.
- 2 years of experience in consulting, product management, business strategy, operations, or project management.
- Experience in working with Agencies, Programmatic Media Buyers and Data Providers and DSPs (demand side platforms).
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, or service operations as well as the customer and engaged contexts related to the programmatic advertising space.
- Ability to take data and insights and distill them into meaningful and coherent presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fluid environment, while navigating ambiguity throughout the process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex business or technical concepts internally.

Google’s Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships. We build relationships that solve users needs, advance our partners goals, and further Google’s mission. In this role, you will be building and distributing Google products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Search, Assistant, Geo, Platforms and Ecosystems, Devices and Services, Retail and Shopping, Payments, Health, Ads and Commerce, and more. You will help our partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. You will collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and tactical partners.
Within Global Partnerships (GP), the Sellside organization works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google’s broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the Internet.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Drive development of go-to-market strategies for a changing product and team environment spread across offices around the globe.
- Work with our product teams to contribute actively to product development, advocate for partners, and generally get things done. Set goals for product adoption and work with others to deliver those results. Compile, prioritize, and synthesize market and sales asks into global sales requirements that then drive the product development process.
- Deliver product trainings and collaborate with Exchange teams to craft and execute partner engagement strategy. Translate technical product speak into benefits for partners, stakeholders, and users.
- Attend external partner meetings as the Authorized Buyers and Exchange product expert.
- Cultivate expert knowledge for our Agencies, Programmatic Buyers, media landscape, and ad technology. Be an advocate for partners in product strategy discussions.
