- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, product strategy/management, sales strategy, business strategy or analytics in an apps focused role.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
- Experience with online advertising or ad business generation
solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Ad Exchange, AdSense, AdMob).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing business operations, sales pipelines, and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working in a partner development environment and achieving business growth goals.
- Ability to work in an environment and deliver multiple initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate business or technical concepts internally.
- Excellent communication skills to monitor business and product feature adoption trends, and identify areas for opportunity.
About the job
In this role you will focus on serving the Privacy, Regulations, and Policy space to commercialize product offerings across Google Ad Manager, Admob and AdSense. You will play a critical role in building the Product strategy, prioritization of our roadmap, and lead commercial regional go-to-market activation as you execute product launches, to our Sales team and cross products Publisher customer base.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with product management, engineering, legal, PR, industry relations, public policy, marketing and global sales teams to drive approach to industry, regulatory, and policy changes and the impact on publisher business generation platforms.
- Lead global product sales enablement and engagement activities including message creation, training, and delivery tactics.
- Advocate the product, customers and sales at forums, including at executive levels both internally and externally.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the engaged landscape, including performer, product offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Synthesize feedback from sales and publishers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
