- Experience with measurement operations, including defining key performance indicator (KPIs), building reports, and developing frameworks.
- Experience in supporting business organizations.
- Understanding of business enablement principles.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify macro trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

This role sits in the Responsible Media Solutions team within Global Product Solutions. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of Google AI for advertisers by shaping durable safety, suitability, quality, and sustainability strategies that insulate and accelerate ads business. We are looking for a Global Product Solutions Executive Associate who can transform our operational landscape into a proactive, engine for horizontal and emerging priorities within the Responsible Media Solutions (RMS) team. This role will drive efficiency, uncover new business opportunities, and directly influence the direction of our Responsibility solutions for Supply Networks and Enterprise.Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design and implement global processes that enhance resolution efficiency and prevent recurrence, thereby significantly reducing future operational overhead and customer friction.
- Manage operational insights, dissecting escalation data to uncover macro trends, root causes, and emerging risks and shape product roadmaps, service offerings, and operational investments.
- Own initiatives that center on establishing and promoting best practices for effectively utilizing suitability controls to unlock business opportunities.
- Ensure business teams are equipped with the most current product knowledge and operational insights in Responsibility. Streamline critical information flows and ensure consistent messaging, directly contributing to market perception and business effectiveness.
- Own and develop seller training programs on network responsibility, crafting compelling seller and external narratives around network responsibility, and shaping the industry engagement strategy for this critical area.
