Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Technology,or equivalent practical experience
  • 15 years of experience with FP&A responsibilities, leading and developing teams
  • Experience managing finance in a technical product environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Enterprise Cloud Finance
  • Ability to influence decision making at the Vice President level and align incentives across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to grow in a fast paced environment, and maintain executive presence and perspective in the midst of changing timelines and rapid decision making

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $304,000-$423,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Participate in financial management of the Google Cloud CapEx and OpEx infrastructure budget, including machines, network, and data centers. Ensure allocation of infrastructure to meet customer demand while optimizing for utilization and margins.
  • Act as a trusted financial and strategic advisor to multiple product General Managers and Vice Presidents.
  • Own financial modeling and executive alignment of multi-year space and power forecast for Data Center expansion, Network, and Geo expansion.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Infrastructure Finance lead for GCP Geo Expansion strategy, partnering with Sales, Capacity, and DC Ops teams to determine location strategy for sites. Develop regional profit and loss, and frameworks for profitability analysis.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Capacity, and Product to ensure optimal supply and demand matching and efficiency. Identify, track, and optimize efficiency KPIs for Server Machines, Network, and DC.
