Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading workshops/presentations (e.g., agenda, content, delivery) to build consensus and drive action.
  • Experience pitching and activating Measurement solutions across a sales organisation or understanding of our GCS organization and how to activate sellers.
  • Experience influencing executives, managers, and sellers.
  • Ability to set OKRs, prioritize, and allocate resources to high-impact initiatives.
  • Ability to grow in a changing and ambiguous business environment.
  • Excellent communication, people-management, leadership and problem-solving skills.

About the job

In this role, you will help to grow our Measurement product solutions across Greater China (GrCN) by directly working with GCS sellers and customers. You will work with a group of internal and external stakeholders, influence executive business stakeholders and work cross-functionally to direct the product activation go-to-market strategy for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business programs. You will lead the activation of Measurement products for customers'goals. You will advocate for the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with our product teams. You will equip promoters with the right knowledge, resources, market insights, and tools to drive customer success and product adoption growth.

You will have an understanding of our product portfolio across all ad products: Performance, Video, Measurement, Shopping and specifically proficiency in driving Measurement and Attribution products and solutions. You will develop narratives and Go-to-Market solutions around our key Objectives and Key Results (OKR's) and drive them. You will help advertisers and agencies think of our products as a must-have is key to achieving these. You will have the ability to simplify and visualize concepts to present to executive stakeholders and decision makers. You will be able to influence internal and external stakeholders (e.g., GPLs, Gtech, Sales, Vendor Teams, Agencies etc.) to adopt and support these initiatives through effective communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build knowledge of customer/agency measurement solutions; develop Google’s market positioning. Advise partners on marketing analytics, measurement, and attribution methodologies, helping them navigate industry standards.
  • Work with Sales/Analytics teams to interpret, analyze, and contextualize Google measurement solution results, showing Google’s impact. Partner with sales to position Google results against client marketing objectives and drive growth conversations.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify key issues, develop scalable solutions, and roll them out regionally, develop trainings that drives seller knowledge on supported topics.
  • Define and evolve the client maturity curve as a basis for engagement.
  • Innovate and unlock cross-functional opportunities with product teams to drive adoption and growth.
