Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing executives, managers, and sellers in 1-1 and 1-many formats.
- Experience influencing stakeholders to devise and scale a strategy.
- Ability to understand and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
- Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

In this role, your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and investigative abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how the range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the goal and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Responsibilities
- Consult with sellers and customers to identify business growth opportunities, advise on marketing analytics, measurement, and attribution methodologies to develop holistic solutions.
- Interpret, analyze, and contextualize the results of Google's measurement solutions (e.g., incrementality studies) to demonstrate Google's impact to customers.
- Identify and build knowledge of measurement solutions used by customers and agencies to develop Google’s strategic positioning in the market.
- Innovate with product teams to unlock cross-functional opportunities and partner with Global PSA to define and evolve the client maturity curve.
- Partner with sales teams to effectively position Google's results against client objectives and drive conversations about growth. Collaborate with Sales and Global PSA to identify key challenges, develop scalable solutions, and create trainings to drive seller knowledge.
