Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • 2 years of experience in project management and executing operational processes within a technology or manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of experience in sourcing operations, supplier management, procurement, or supply chain roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience reviewing and tracking contracts and legal agreements within a supply chain context.
  • Experience in data center, construction, or Cloud infrastructure supply chains.
  • Familiarity with supplier onboarding workflows, performance scorecards, and QBR processes.
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage data, generate reports, and use analytical skills to solve problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

Google is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Supply Chain Program Manager to support the readiness and execution of our supplier enablement strategy. As a critical member of the Equipment Supply Chain organization, you will drive the operational execution of supplier lifecycle management, compliance, and performance tracking.

In this role, you will act as a key operational partner between Google and its suppliers, ensuring efficient onboarding, rigorous data integrity, and seamless contract execution. You will maintain processes that ensure our supply base is compliant, performant, and scalable to meet Google's ambitious data center build-out goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain scalable sourcing processes to enhance data integrity and reduce cycle times, serving as the subject matter expert on tools and stakeholder training.
  • Coordinate end-to-end supplier lifecycle operations, from onboarding and due diligence to offboarding, ensuring strict data accuracy and compliance with internal governance standards.
  • Drive supplier performance and risk programs by generating scorecards, managing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and maintaining business continuity plans and risk dashboards.
  • Support sourcing and contracting by facilitating RFx events, tracking agreement statuses, and managing renewal timelines to ensure documentation completeness and compliance.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform strategy while identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to maximize team efficiency.
