Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory and 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sales, product, strategy, or operations.
- Experience in project management and execution.
- Knowledge of CRM system and sales industry.
- Ability to track multiple projects and timelines, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality outputs across several workstreams.
- Ability to work with data and extract insights with SQL skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a range of audiences, including executive leaders.

The Global Business Applied AI (GBAI) team provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives.The team architects and delivers AI-powered, intuitive, and connected solutions to significantly amplify the value Global Business Organization (GBO) brings to customers and partners. The Product Development Partnerships (PDP) team binds the company's direction with GBO's needs in connect sales. We partner with product management, engineering, sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) to deliver a delightful experience to our users.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with key partners in sales, GTM, finance, product management, UX and engineering. You will help shape the roadmap of their core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) connect sales. You will be solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment. You will manage various workstreams, working with our product teams to build for a future role based experience. You will connect workflows across the various surfaces of connect sales and help land a new in-tool training and enablement experience.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Represent end users as we build and execute against our tools roadmap, setting the goal and strategy for these audiences across connect sales.
- Prioritize based on quantified business cases (business, productivity savings) and qualitative inputs (interviews, feedback) and articulate these use cases clearly to our product management, UX/engineering partners.
- Document business requirements and partner with product management/UX/engineering on the design and development of user facing feature launches.
- Plan, execute, and drive global launch strategy, including developing a deployment plan, trainings and support materials to drive product and feature adoption.
- Estimate and measure the business impact of new features, processes and training such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), adoption, head count savings and when applicable business uplift.
