Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with a focus on Demand Planning, Material Planning, or Production Planning in a high-tech or environment.
- 10 years of experience with supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Anaplan) and data analysis tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research.
- Experience integrating machine learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) into planning processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience with hyperscale cloud infrastructure and data center planning.

As the Director of Supply Chain Planning (SCP) for Machines, you will lead the global planning and orchestration for all platforms across AI and Infrastructure (AI2’s) global data center network. You will define and execute the supply chain planning strategy for machines and balance demand and supply by partnering with the Product Areas, Finance, Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams. You will ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization, directly supporting the unprecedented growth and unwavering reliability of our data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$369,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain planning for AI2’s hardware portfolio. Translate demand forecasts into executable supply strategies by partnering directly with Manufacturing and Commodity Management teams.
- Architect and orchestrate critical planning processes, including Consensus Demand Planning (CDP) and the Response to Forecast (R2F) across all product areas.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Material Planning, ensuring a successful, high-volume ramp-up from Production Verification Test (PVT) to General Availability (GA). Develop frameworks for scenario planning, enabling rapid, data-driven responses to supply shocks and demand upsides.
- Lead the integration of AI/ML, digital twins, and advanced analytics to build an excellent, constraint based planning ecosystem.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team of supply chain planners and program managers, cultivating a culture of technical excellence.
