Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing high quality brand strategy, and creative execution.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns especially with social.
- Experience with metrics, analytics, and using data to inform marketing or product strategy.
- Ability to be creative, to think outside the box, lead, and to execute effectively specially using AI tools, and penchant for technology.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you are a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of Google Search in India. You take part in a complete marketing experience as you will analyze, build the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, execute, and ultimately, grow the India business in India.

Responsibilities
- Drive the GTM strategy, plan, and execution for Google Search in India, using research and insights throughout the process
- Conduct analysis to support marketing strategy, impact, and measurement
- Work closely with various teams (cross-functional teams, external agencies, external partners) communicate proactively and solve problems collaboratively.
- Partner with product teams to deliver insights, launch and communicate search features in India.
