Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects with stakeholders across multiple functions with, excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Excellent thinking and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to lead operational initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute end-to-end product enablement and Foundational Readiness strategy for SMB growth vendor programs, including go-to-market (GTM) execution for critical program and product launches.
  • Act as subject matter expert, using data-backed advocacy to solve systemic roadblocks and simplify offerings for our vendor promoters. Synthesize on-the-ground insights from promoters and partners to inform executive leadership strategy and scale best practices globally.
  • Analyze foundational readiness performance, diagnose root causes in under-performing areas, and engineer data-driven action plans to drive market turnarounds.
  • Partner closely with vendor program managers to design and deliver scalable training (e.g., Train-the-Trainer), create forums for best-practice sharing, and build alignment during periods of organizational change.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks by influencing cross-functional partners and ensuring vendor readiness. Influence executive internal stakeholders to drive process improvement, shape program design, and inform product roadmaps.
