Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience architecting and deploying scalable, secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), IaC (Infrastructure as Code), DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
Experience designing and implementing cloud enterprise solutions for including Professional Services or Technical Consulting experience.
Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C, or C++), including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese or Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

Possession of a Google Professional Cloud Certification, such as Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Network Engineer, or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer.
Experience with cost optimization (FinOps), observability (logging and monitoring), and resource management on Google Cloud Platform.
Experience in data center exit and public cloud migration to GCP and in AI agents to automate, expedite, and de-risk infrastructure migrations.
Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as Identity and Access Management (IAM) and high-availability networking solutions (e.g., VPC, Cloud Firewall).
Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies, specifically orchestrating containerized workloads via Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Excellent project management and communication skills.
