Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and SAP.
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Ability to persuade through disciplined use of data; comfort distilling complex topics into concise narratives for executive consumption.
- Ability for exceptional dexterity with presentation and spreadsheet tools.
- Excellent Investigative, communication and teamwork skills.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.Responsibilities
- Serve as the Finance Lead for all things Fan Funding, from Planning and Analysis (P&L) oversight and analytics to being a thought leader on how to accelerate growth of the product portfolio, distilling insights to help drive critical decision-making and investment trade-offs.
- Partner with key products and business leaders to support innovation and sustainability in YouTube Fan Funding product portfolio.
- Own the monthly, annual, and long-term forecasting, budgeting and planning, variance/reconciliation process for YouTube Fan Funding.
- Complete ad hoc business analyses and present insights to executive YouTube and Google leadership that include data-driven recommendations that guide decisions.
