Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience designing and architecting modern enterprise production systems for customers.
- Understanding of the cloud services and solutions (GCP) with the ability to design enterprise production systems running on these systems.
- Ability to come up with creative solutions to problems that no one has solved before.
- Excellent people management skills, and ability to present and explain ideas/solutions to different audiences.

Your work will include leading the technological side of multiple solutions that are developed in multiple engineering teams and TL should be able to fully understand customers’ migration and modernization issues (working with customers and the field team) and translate these into a viable technical solution leveraging our own first-party solutions as well as third-party/partners solutions. You will be working with the various stakeholders: customers, partners, sales, delivery, product and engineering teams.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Be part of the core team responsible for the architecture, technology, and implementation of the AI code modernization solutions.
- Work closely with customers to understand legacy/mainframe modernization challenges (working with customers and the field team) and translate these into a viable technical solution leveraging to be then driven to implementation.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers, and work closely with the various stakeholders such as customers, partners, sales, delivery, and product.
