Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in project or construction management, specifically with network infrastructure (i.e., fiber optic cabling, cable tray, racks, etc.).
- 5 years of experience working with outside design consultants on new data center designs from layout construction documents.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience working with outside design consultants on new data
center designs from layout construction documents. - Experience working in data centers or similar mission critical environments where work involves impact to core functionalities and is governed with formal change control processes.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional partner teams and site-based execution teams through Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical guidance, and serve as a metro liaison for program management team.
- Translate complex stakeholder needs into prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance.
- Ensure as-built information is provided to appropriate internal teams in a timely manner, perform Quality Analysis/Quality Check (QA/QC) of the deliverables.
- Provide technical support for any post-IFC changes to the construction documents.
- Provide technical support to onsite construction management team during construction phase.
