- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with product development, program management, project management, professional services or engineering management.
- Experience of chips and embedded systems used in Mobile devices.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working in the consumer electronics industry specifically involving executing technical programs with external partnerships.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.As Senior Silicon Implementation TPM team, you will lead a team responsible for SOC development over the full product cycle from pre-silicon to commercialization. You will have an understanding of IP and SoC delivery in a silicon team, and bring a breadth of expertise across silicon Architecture,RTL,DV, PD etc to enable silicon productization. You will drive execution of multiple concurrent SoC projects, including co-ordination of deliverables across multiple geographies, managing overall program schedules at target Power Performance Area (PPA) and quality, negotiations with stakeholders and escalation when needed to get decisions made and dissemination of program status across the team. Your role involves relationship building across stakeholders along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and manage custom silicon projects.
- Drive communication of project status updates from engineering to internal stakeholders across Google.
- Work with partners on product development schedules, dependencies and budgets.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Interface between partners and product engineering teams, setting and managing schedules and milestones, and co-ordinate through travel and GVCs with teams in MTV/APAC.
