Minimum qualifications:

3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.
Experience with the AI Developer Ecosystem.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead a team of Software Engineers designing, implementing, and operating components supporting Google Cloud Run and functions.
Work with customers and cross-functional leads from Product Management, Technical Leads, User Experience, and Program Management to develop a roadmap for accelerating developer growth on Cloud Run.
Remove onboarding frictions such as configuration complexity and latency.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends in Artificial Intelligence and the developer ecosystem and influence the product roadmap to align with developer needs.
Improve the team's productivity and production health with technical innovation and mentorship.
