Minimum qualifications:

- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research.
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
- Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related experience.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.As a Product Marketing Manager, you will connect AI with billions of people as we build the world’s most helpful, personal AI assistant. You will drive product marketing strategy and marketing-related outcomes for multiple projects. In this role, you will partner effectively with Product, Engineering, Channel Marketing, and Cross-Product Area (xPA) stakeholders to connect users with Gemini’s latest features.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver launch strategies and plans in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and channel partners. Define critical opportunities to drive step changes in user growth and adoption of existing features.
- Partner effectively with Product and Engineering teams to align on hero features and priorities. Act as a subject matter specialist for relevant cross-functional stakeholders regarding the user and product.
- Build impactful Go-to-Market (GTM) creatives that communicate the product magic in a way that resonates with our users, while creating marketing content to ensure positioning is aligned with strategy.
- Drive and guide user research, market analysis, and insights to make valued business recommendations.
- Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics to measure success.
