Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 8 years of product management experience taking Enterprise B2B SaaS, data, or platform products from inception to launch.
- 3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI or ML).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience in Conversational AI platforms, evaluations, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Virtual Agents, or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) ecosystems.
- Experience building data-heavy products, such as reporting dashboards, interaction stores, or automated evaluation engines.
- Experience building innovative GenAI products with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion that solve real-world customer problems.
- Ability to successfully drive horizontal platform strategies that integrate across multiple distinct product areas or teams (e.g., integrating analytics across various AI agents).
- Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity, synthesize enterprise customer requirements, and present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership.

This is a high-impact leadership role where your innovative, AI-powered solutions will define the future of how global enterprises understand, optimize, and interact with their customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Insights and Quality AI, including the enterprise conversation store, reporting dashboards, and GenAI-powered automated evaluation for human and Virtual Agents.
- Collaborate across Applied AI, including commerce agents, to unify Insights as a horizontal intelligence layer to ensure seamless data aggregation, automated evaluation, and cohesive analytics across the AI agent portfolio.
- Serve as the definitive product authority, partnering with Engineering, UX, AI/ML Research, and cross-functional leadership to guide products from 0-to-1 ideation through to enterprise scale.
- Identify breakthrough opportunities in conversational AI and contact center analytics, framing problems, building scalable models, and making trade-offs to optimize impact and resources.
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand operational needs, synthesizing market signals to drive innovation and ensure product-market fit.
