Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple product areas.
- Experience leveraging quantitative data through incrementality studies and lift metrics, and presenting this data to leadership stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or advanced degree in a technical or quantitative field.
- Experience within the advertising product ecosystem, in addition to sufficient technical acumen and working with product management and engineering teams.
- Experience navigating the technical and policy intersections of ads measurement, user privacy, and attribution.
- Ability to solve problems in the midst of ambiguity, with a track record for product delivery with a bias-to-action.
- Excellent communication, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent entrepreneurial perseverance and a proactive style to push cross-functional initiatives forward.

As the Senior Product Manager for Google Display Ads Value and Incrementality, you will be the lead for a critical pillar of the Google Display Ads business. You will develop our overall business strategy and advocate for how Display drives value for both the advertiser and other Google Owned and Operated channels. This role involves bidding, advertiser controls, reporting, and data/signals components, and it covers Google Display Network inventory across all Google Ads buying doors. You will partner with cross-functional Product Area teams and work with some of our best Product Managers and engineers in our Advertiser Platform, Performance Max, Demand Generation, and Analytics, Insights, and Measurement teams.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead for Display Value and Incrementality, surfacing Google Display Network value both in and outside the product, advocating scale, incrementality, and performance across Product Areas and Business, backed by quantitative data.
- Own the overall goal, strategy, and execution for increasing Display opt-in rates across buying doors and showcasing Display value in the User Interface via initiatives including incrementality studies, search lift, conversion lift, hotswap experiments, and reach/performance forecasts.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear next steps using a structured user-centric approach and clear communication skills.
- Partner with Advertiser Platform, Performance Max, Demand Generation, Engineering, User Experience, and Go-To-Market to ideate and proactively solve customer issues, with a bias for action and pivoting where necessary to land initiatives quickly and effectively.
- Lead recurring executive leadership reviews on project status, critical asks, and roadmap.
