Minimum qualifications:

- Experience with AI-powered security and data governance frameworks within productivity suites.
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex legal, privacy, and technical negotiations.
- Proven track record of driving competitive strategy and license retirement programs in the enterprise software space.

Workspace by Google Cloud is a cloud-based productivity suite revolutionizing the way over 3 billion active users communicate and collaborate. The Outbound Product Management (OPM) team, integrated within the Workspace Enterprise Product organization, serves as the critical bridge between technical product capability and measurable customer success. This team is responsible for the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring that our most complex enterprise customers can confidently migrate to, onboard, and innovate using our work productivity tools.
As the Director of Outbound Product Management for Google Workspace, you will drive the end-to-end strategy, product roadmap alignment, and GTM programs for our enterprise customer lifecycle. You will lead a multi-faceted team to translate complex technical roadmaps into high-impact customer narratives and deployment strategies.
Your leadership will be central to our competitive stance against other enterprise suites, leading initiatives like the 'Agentic Workplace Transformation' (WTS) to transform how companies get done with AI-first productivity tools. You will have extensive influence across Workspace and other Google product areas, partnering closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing and Sales to unlock roadblocks at the corporate level.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $282,000-$392,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build deep market intelligence, accurately reflecting our challenges in the market. Bring together an enterprise-focused external position.
- Engage with C-suite at top lighthouse customers to shape the external narrative regarding enterprise readiness and AI innovation. Be accountable for critical adoption metrics.
- Partner with leadership to align productivity tools and security postures for the financial services and regulated sectors. Improve the partnership and operational efficiency between teams to drive high-quality decision-making.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team.
- Develop product vision and roadmap that defines on-strategy path for enterprise work productivity tools, ensuring repeatable adoption.
