Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in product management, customer-facing technical consulting, or a similar role working with products in an online commerce or content business.
- Experience in the e-commerce, gaming, or digital content industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in people management, with a track record of hiring and growing talent
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams and executives on CRM, Salesforce, or marketing infrastructure.
- Proficiency in designing and managing robust product development and operationalization frameworks.
- Proficiency in translating research and performance data into actionable insights for product roadmaps.
- Proficiency in launching and iterating user-facing features while managing complex product trade-offs.
- Proficiency in navigating ambiguity and prioritizing heavy workloads for yourself and for your team, using business case analysis.

Google Play is at the heart of the Android ecosystem, providing the apps, games, and digital content that bring Android devices to life. The Play Store is a critical driver of Google’s overall growth. Googlers working on the Play Go-To-Market (GTM) teams own content strategy and publishing within the Play Store across all regions and verticals (e.g., apps, games, and more).
Responsibilities
- Define business opportunities and develop long-term solution goal and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional leadership, influencing the direction of business outcomes and technical product features.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive internal and external stakeholders (Director level and above) to manage quality solutions and services, serving as an escalation point for issues.
- Own project roadmaps and oversee the integration of cross-functional timelines, developing workflows, process improvements and automation to scale solution delivery across the organization.
- Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing regular coaching, and fostering a mission-first team environment that values innovation and excellence.
- Drive AI transformation across the team by using AI strategically to increase productivity and coaching the team to seek out opportunities for human-AI collaboration in their work.
