Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++/C, Java, Python, JavaScript).
1 year of experience with test automation development, test infrastructure development, workload regression testing.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5 years of experience in test automation and infrastructure development using C++, Python, or Go.
Experience with test infrastructure development, dashboard creation, and data visualization tools.
Ability to explore and propose technical solutions to automation challenges, particularly regarding workload regression testing.
Ability to have a strong commitment to quality and the delivery of results on schedule.
Excellent problem-solving, consulting, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, scale, and validate performance analysis infrastructure and measurement tools to ensure high-fidelity evaluation, data accuracy, and reliable regression testing across the fleet.
Build and maintain comprehensive automation dashboards to provide real-time visibility into performance health and regression trends (data visualization). Triage regression failures and isolate components responsible for failure
Enable automated execution for critical CPU, GPU, and TPU performance workloads to accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles.
Scale benchmark coverage to include TPU/GPU NPI and Storage/Network System NPI.
Partner with various cross-functional teams to drive systemic improvements to our performance automation and regression testing infrastructure.
