Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++/C, Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • 1 year of experience with test automation development, test infrastructure development, workload regression testing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience in test automation and infrastructure development using C++, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with test infrastructure development, dashboard creation, and data visualization tools.

  • Ability to explore and propose technical solutions to automation challenges, particularly regarding workload regression testing.
  • Ability to have a strong commitment to quality and the delivery of results on schedule.
  • Excellent problem-solving, consulting, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, scale, and validate performance analysis infrastructure and measurement tools to ensure high-fidelity evaluation, data accuracy, and reliable regression testing across the fleet.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive automation dashboards to provide real-time visibility into performance health and regression trends (data visualization). Triage regression failures and isolate components responsible for failure
  • Enable automated execution for critical CPU, GPU, and TPU performance workloads to accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles.
  • Scale benchmark coverage to include TPU/GPU NPI and Storage/Network System NPI.
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams to drive systemic improvements to our performance automation and regression testing infrastructure.
