About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The Global Business Transformation team is building the AI-native future of Google's Platforms and Devices organization (e.g., Android, Chrome, Pixel, Nest, and Fitbit). We are on a mission to create the industry’s most efficient commercial platform by unlocking a new era of productivity where teams, processes, and AI Agents work as one.

As a Product Lead, you will own the outlook, strategy, and execution of Business 360 - a foundational, application designed to revolutionize how our organization makes decisions. Built entirely on the Google technology stack, Business 360 is a comprehensive decision intelligence platform that stitches together multi-dimensional data, uncovers AI-driven insights, and executes agentic workflows to drive real business outcomes. As the cornerstone of our end-to-end data and analytics strategy, this platform serves a different set of regional and global personas.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional and global users, engineering leads, and UX design to define and refine the long-term outlook and strategy.
  • Serve as the ultimate gatekeeper for product scope by making tough prioritization calls while ensuring the core end-to-end data and insights mission is delivered on time.
  • Bridge the gap between complex business requirements and the Google tech stack (BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.), ensuring the engineering team has clear, buildable mandates.
  • Architect the platform by embedding Gemini conversational analytics, AI and user-generated insights, and simulation models directly into the user workflow to drive actionable decision-making.
  • Establish the high-fidelity data foundation required for autonomous AI workflows. Help define and enforce data quality, lineage, and access controls, ensuring that both our global users and our AI agents are making decisions based on secure, accurate, and compliant data.
