Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with programming in C++, Java, Python.
5 years of experience with test automation development, test infrastructure development, workload regression testing.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5 years of experience with dashboard development and maintenance.
5 years of experience with guiding a team of software engineer as a technical expert.
Experience with leading the validation of performance measurement tools to ensure data accuracy and reliability, with the ability to contribute to automation/infrastructure and debug CPU/GPU performance issues.
Experience with performance bottleneck analysis, with the ability to analyze, triage and debug performance characteristics in data-center workloads.
Excellent problem-solving, consulting and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead on the Platforms Infrastructure Engineering (PIE) performance team. Drive multi-quarter projects from planning through landing to meet Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Define the team’s roadmap, translate automation and infrastructure requirements into realizable solutions, and resolve technical and organizational roadblocks through cross-functional collaboration.
Serve as the primary liaison between the United States (US) and Taiwan teams. Take end-to-end ownership of automation infrastructure for Cloud and Technical Infrastructure (TI) workloads.
Lead the development and scaling of analysis tools for regression testing. Accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles and expand coverage.
Analyze and debug performance characteristics in data-center workloads to drive gains. Triage issues at the intersection of Solid State Drive (SSD), Central Processing Unit/Graphics Processing Unit (CPU/GPU), and network stacks.
