Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related fields.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience in Ads or Gaming.

As the Senior Product Manager (PM) for App Ads Gaming, you will be responsible for owning how to improve gaming for our In-App Purchase (IAP) focused advertisers on both Android and iOS. With the ecosystem changing, especially how developers are managing in-app payments, you will directly influence how gaming developers will drive user acquisition for their apps. In addition, you will be critical in driving the off platform payment strategy to ensure we can continue to perform on iOS, understanding any data gaps, driving the overall product improvement, and the kick starting the business partnerships necessary to make the effort successful. You will be working with PMs, engineers and cross-functional teams in UX, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Own the growth of the Gaming IAP advertisers for Google's App Promo business, lead App Campaign efforts specifically for these advertisers.
- Define and execute on user-centric product outlook of gaming features.
- Evaluate the market landscape on an ongoing basis along with implementing product changes to ensure continued growth and lead recurring executive leadership reviews on project status, critical asks and road map.
- Lead commercialization efforts for this transformation across all buy side stakeholders and partner with sales, UX and GTM to regularly evaluate customer sentiment and needs.
- Run advertiser or partner tests to evaluate product fit and build industry confidence as needed and steer the work of several PMs within the App Ads team and across ads.
