About the job
Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.
Global Partnerships Studio’s (GPS) mission is to empower Global Partnerships to enhance the health of our partnerships and to land better deals, more efficiently.
GPS is on a multi-year journey to make tools an essential part of every Global Partnerships Googler’s journey, by continuing to enhance our existing tools (with Artificial Intelligence (AI) where applicable) and launching new tools to meet the needs of our Partnerships teams.
In this role, you will drive a measurement mechanism to track the value of our workflow automation and AI products, and provide data-driven recommendations to our team and the broader Global Partnerships business. You will apply your working knowledge of investigative solutions to define tractable evaluation metrics, build insights-focused dashboards for leadership, and analyze user experience data. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap and the broader AI transformation journey for Global Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and define evaluation metrics, such as Adoption and Usage, to measure our tools' implementation and impact.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to analyze logs and ensure we are accurately tracking customer and user experiences.
- Create user-friendly dashboards and generate reports to effectively share insights and recommendations with leaders, internal teams, and executives to inform product decisions.
- Extract and analyze data to draw conclusions, evaluate outcomes, and proactively identify impactful opportunities to improve existing data solutions based on your findings.
- Interact with internal clients and partners to understand their business requirements and broader workflows, translating common business needs into tractable analyses and metrics.
