- Experience with embedded systems design, development, and debugging.
- Experience in Android audio framework.
- Ability to work in in system and low level software development.
- Ability to work at system and kernel layers.

Our team works on OS and general system development for new and existing Android, ChromeOS devices.
We work across the whole stack: from kernel, driver and OS level, all the way up to Chrome browser, Android system, frameworks and apps, as well as general Linux system and virtualization. Our work includes adding support for and enabling new audio features and technologies in Android, ChromeOS, Chrome, and Linux in general. We regularly work in open source on multiple projects, including Linux kernel, Chromium, Android, among others, driving new features, standards and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complete, stable, secure and flexible audio on Android Desktop devices.
- Ensure audio works completely on all ports, including internal speakers/mics, headphones, USB, High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI), and Bluetooth.
- Maintain stable audio quality without regressions on the user side.
- Meet ChromeOS security requirements without information leak.
- Provide APIs to meet various requirements from clients.
