Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience in the digital advertising, technology, or enterprise software industry.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies for technical products.
  • Experience creating content, narratives, and product positioning.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing external creative agencies
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), retail/commerce media networks, and/or streaming video/Connected TV (CTV).
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, benefit-oriented content with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to effectively operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work autonomously.

As an Ads Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of the team whose mission is to empower every marketer, agency, and publisher with trusted AI and the unmatched value of our solutions, unlocking their next frontier of business growth as enterprise advertisers and agencies are under unprecedented pressure to drive measurable Return on Investment (ROI) across a fragmented media landscape. You will require navigating the convergence of Connected TV (CTV) and Commerce Media Networks (CMNs), overcoming declining signal fidelity, and capturing consumer intent from discovery to purchase.

As a part of Product Marketing Manager, you will join the team and strengthen Google Marketing Platform’s position as the unmatched leader in omnichannel, AI-driven performance, including Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, and the Commerce Media Suite.

You will drive the integrated marketing strategies and programs that shift perception, showcase the value of the GMP stack, and highlight how the Gemini advantage delivers industry-leading results across YouTube, Google, and third-party inventory, including scaling Commerce Media (CMN) capabilities.

You will act as a collaborative and strategic partner to product, engineering, sales, and PR teams to launch, activate, and scale products and key initiatives, including translating competitive and market insights into compelling positioning and narratives, creating high-impact content and campaigns, orchestrating cross-functional GTM strategy, and activating through key outbound channels to reach enterprise advertisers, agencies, retailers, and brands.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build scalable marketing programs and messaging frameworks that lift industry perception and drive adoption of key GMP, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, and Commerce Media Network (CMN) initiatives.
  • Craft visionary messaging and strong product positioning that simplifies Google Marketing Platform (GMP) concepts to help enterprise advertisers, agencies, retailers, and brands drive measureable Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Drive cross-functional projects collaboratively, building trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, business, Google Public Sector, Public Relations, and Global Market Insights to shape how milestone moments and major launches land in market.
  • Manage external creative agencies to develop premium, on-brand visual assets and experiences through sharp brief writing and strategic leadership.
  • Experiment with and integrate approved AI tools into your daily workflow, leveraging technology to expand your marketing capabilities and drive operational efficiency.
