Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role in infrastructure or distributed systems.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience working on products or systems that incorporate reliability principles, fault isolation, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, and resiliency testing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, enterprise customers, and other stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, data center design, and operations.
- Experience applying infrastructure reliability principles, fault isolation, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, and resiliency testing.
- Experience managing enterprise customers or regulators on technical infrastructure topics.
- Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices.
- Familiarity with industry best practices for building and maintaining resilient, high-availability systems.
- Track record of defining and launching successful technical products or initiatives related to core infrastructure or distributed systems.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Responsibilities
- Define and advocate a product goals, strategy, and roadmap for key Infrastructure Reliability areas. Drive projects aimed at enhancing infrastructure initiative and resilience.
- Be the customer advocate; drive user research, market analysis, and data analysis to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs of enterprise customers and service owners.
- Partner closely with google cloud platform service/product teams, central engineering, capacity planning, data center design and operations, and UX to translate customer needs into well-defined market and product requirements.
- Drive product launches and program landings with a focus on customer adoption and success. Develop go-to-market strategies and communication plans that clearly articulate the value proposition of reliability capabilities.
- Manage customer engagements and escalations related to infrastructure resilience and service continuity.
